Spinach Salad – Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. spinach
  • 12 sliced bacon, diced
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ¾ cup green onions
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 4 ½ tablespoons vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • fg. paprika

Directions

  1. Cut spinach coarsely into salad bowl.
  2. Cook diced bacon until crisp. Add other ingredients and bring to boiling.
  3. Just before serving, pour hot dressing over spinach and toss.
  4. Serves 10-12.
