Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup chopped Corn beef
  • ¾ cup chopped Swiss Cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped Sauerkraut

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on stove until hot.
  2. Serve with party rye bread or rye sticks.

Note: This recipe can be doubled. If the dip is too thick, milk can be added.
